Turkish pizza

Lahmacun is a thin, crispy pastry originating from the Middle East and Anatolia, made by spreading a mixture of minced meat, vegetables (tomatoes, onions, garlic), and spices over thinly rolled dough and baking it at high temperatures in a stone oven. Derived from the Arabic phrase "meat dough" (lahm bi ajeen), this delicacy is usually consumed with greens and lemon.
